This tool is designed to help you make more accurate and consistent assessments of your team member’s potential to grow
into roles of increased scope and responsibility.

Aspiration志向 (Part 1)

The employee’s stated career goals reflect his/her desire to take on larger or more
complex roles in the foreseeable future.

The employee has demosntrated willingness to take on the desired leadership
responsibilities associated with the role.

If both are “Yes”, then proceed to the next section to assess ‘agility’, otherwise select potential as ‘lateral’. Employee’s
aspiration to take on larger or more complex role can fluctuate depending on his/her personal situation. This is one of the
reasons why an employee’s potential rating can change and why we assess potential every year.

Agility 机敏度 (Part 2) Answer the following questions, and enter the
number correlated with the score, then add up the responses and use the results
to locate the employee’s placement on the Performance/Potential Grid.

After identifying the total in agility section, determine the employee’s placement on the Performance/Potential Grid and enter
it in Workday.
