自己经营生意的好处有：

自己经营生意的坏处有：

第一：会使自己身心疲惫，一个人得干许多人的活，既是老板，也是员工。工作时间不固定，只要有

需要，就得干活，没有下班的概念。

第二：风险高，收入不稳定，有时候一个月收入好几万，有时候可能会赔上许多钱。

因此，要认真思考好自己经营生意的优缺点，因为开始经商的时候方方面面都要慎重，尤其是作出决

策的时候一定要考虑一下可能出现的最坏后果。如果能够先做好最坏的打算，然后再努力去做，那么结果

往往会向好的方向发展。如果你认为自己真的喜欢经营生意，而且具有很大兴趣就要一直干下去，那么就

不要徘徊，不要过多考虑得失！

然而很多时候，很多人当面临选择时，还是会选择为大公司工作的。

第一：大公司可以接触到更大的平台，有更多的资源，可以让我们开拓职业视野。

第二：大公司注重人才培养，会提供的进修机会，如果你的学习能力强，大公司能让你在一两年内了

解并掌握行业的基础知识、发展以及新动向。

第三：大公司资金雄厚，很小概率会出现资金周转不灵等情况，总体情况相对稳定，比较适合踏实做

事、安于现状的人。

总之大公司稳定性好、福利好、待遇高，而大公司追求的是流程和分工，越大的公司分工越细，进入

大公司就是一个萝卜一个坑，坏处就是你只是公司里的螺丝钉，看不到整个公司和行业的状况，客观上也

局限了就业者的个人发展方向，所以有利就有弊。

综上所述，为大公司工作有利于个人职业前途的发展，自己经营生意有利于个人工作能力的进步。所

以刚毕业的大学生，找工作选择进大公司还是自己经营生意，需要根据自己的实际情况，具体情况具体来
