火龙灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效

果

[摘要]目的 探討火龙灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取2016年9月～

2018年3月我院收治的60例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将

其分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例）。治疗组患者采用火龙灸治疗，对照组患者采用温

针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果及治疗前后腰椎日本骨科协会（JOA）、视觉模拟量表

（VAS）评分。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的JOA评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义

（P<0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治

疗组患者的愈显率为70.0%，高于对照组的56.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组患者

的治疗总有效率（93.3%）和对照组（90.0%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 火

龙灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症效果较佳，可有效缓解患者疼痛，改善其症状。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of honglong moxibustion in the treatment of

lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of cold-dampness type. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar

intervertebral disc protrusion of cold-dampness type treated in our hospital from September 2016 to

March 2018 were selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method， the

patients were divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The

treatment group was treated with honglong moxibustion， and the control group was treated with

warm acupuncture. The clinical effect， scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） and

visual analogue scale （VAS） before and treatment in the two groups were observed. Results After

treatment， the JOA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group， and the

difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The VAS score after treatment of the treatment

group was lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant

（P<0.05）. The cure rate of patients in the treatment group was 70.0%， which was higher than that

in the control group accounting for 56.7%， and the difference was statistically significant

（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment; between the

treatment group （93.3%） and the control group （90.0%） （P>0.05）. Conclusion The effect of

honglong moxibustion in the treatment of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of cold-dampness

type is better， which can effectively relieve the patients′ pain and improve their symptom.
