用欧陆590实现可逆冷轧机卷取机自动控制

摘 要
结合自己学过的自动控制系统方面的知识,对可逆冷轧机的自动控制原理及现代冷
轧机轧制技术的发展进行了简单的分析,冷轧机的生产是当代自动控制技术运用最先
进、效果最显著的一个方面。本篇论文简要介绍了冷轧机的组成和冷轧机的生产过程及
原理,其中包括了卷取张力自动控制原理,文中对间接张力控制法中的电流电势复合调
节法和最大转矩法进行了详细的论述,并讨论了相关的计算公式和实现的原理,介绍了
欧陆590全数字化直流驱动器的使用原理,包括欧陆590的输入输出接线端子和各种功
能模块。阐述了用590实现可逆冷轧机张力卷取自动控制的原理,包括了张力卷取方面
的参数及公式,并有原理图说明了各种功能的实现。

Applying Eurotherm 590 to the winder Tension Control in A Reversible
Cold Strip rolling mill
(Constant Field and Power Regulation Method)
Abstract
Based on the knowledge of automatic control system we have learned, the automatic
control principle of the reversible cold strip rolling mill, and the development of modern cold
strip rolling technology are studied. The control of cold strip rolling tension process is one of
the most advantage technology application field of modern automatic control technology .
The thesis is divided into three parts as follows:The first part briefly describes the main
parts of the cold strip rolling mill, its production process, and of the winder tension automatic
control principle. Indirect tension control methods including both armature current and Back
EMF regulation method and the maximum torque method are discussed in this paper, in
which related calculation formulas and realization principle are also second
part introduces the application of Eurotherm 590 fully digitalized DC driver, including all the
input and output terminals and functional the last parts, applying Eurotherm 590
to winder/unwinder tension control system of reversible cold strip rolling mills, in terms of
tension control parameters, formulas diagrams of function realizations is presented.
