摘要：PURPOSE: To keep take-up tension of a tape constant by providing a braking

member for varying braking force acting on an internal gear with force applied to a take-

up side tension arm and a transmission mechanism for transmitting a rotational output of

a sun gear to a take-up reel. CONSTITUTION: A direct drive motor 19 for rotating a

capstan 12 and a relay pulley 21 provided on a substrate 20 are connected by a

transmission belt 22. A gear part provided on the pulley 21 is meshed with a gear part 23a

of a link 23 for revolving a planetary gear 24 around the sun gear 25. The link 23 of the

gear 25 is fitted freely rotatably around a sun gear axis 26 erected on the substrate 20 as

the center. The internal gear 27 to be meshed with the outer side of the gear 24 is freely

rotatably fitted to link 23, and the braking member 29 provided on a braking arm 28 is

brought into pressurized contact with the outer periphery of the gear 27. The braking

arm 28 is brought into contact with one end 32a of the take-up side tension arm 32, and

when, or a take-up side tension post 31, rotational force acts in the counterclockwise

direction by take-up tension of the tape 3, pressurized contact of a brake pad is reduced.
