North Normal University's Teaching Plan for Fourth Grade,

Second Semester: Psychological Health Education (BNU Lower

Primary Version)

The purpose of this teaching plan is to provide a

comprehensive and effective psychological health education

curriculum for fourth-grade students. It aims to promote

students' mental well-being, develop their self-awareness

and emotional intelligence, and equip them with the

necessary skills to manage stress and cope with challenges.

1. Overview of the Curriculum

develop strategies to regulate their own emotions.

develop a positive mindset and enhance their overall well-

being.

balanced lifestyle and cope with academic and personal

pressures.

Through this comprehensive psychological health education

curriculum, fourth-grade students will develop a greater

navigate the digital world safely, and manage stress

effectively. This teaching plan aims to empower students

with valuable skills that will contribute to their overall

well-being both academically and personally.
