雕版印刷技艺的主要工艺流程7个步骤

1.设计制版。雕版印刷的第一步是设计制版，确定印刷内容和版

面布局。

Design the plate. The first step in intaglio printing is

to design the plate, determining the printing content and

layout.

2.雕刻版面。将设计好的图案雕刻在金属板上，形成凹凸不平的

版面。

Engrave the plate. Carve the designed pattern on the

metal plate to form an uneven relief surface.

3.墨水涂布。将墨水涂布在雕刻好的版面上，确保墨水填满凹槽。

Ink application. Apply ink to the engraved plate to

ensure that the grooves are filled with ink.

4.刮墨。用刮刀除去版面上多余的墨水，只留下凹槽内的墨水。

Ink wiping. Use a scraper to remove excess ink from the

plate, leaving only the ink in the grooves.

5.印刷。将印刷纸张放在墨水涂布的版面上，经过压力使墨水转

移到纸张上。

Printing. Place the printing paper on the inked plate and

apply pressure to transfer the ink onto the paper.

6.烘干。印刷完成后，需要将墨水彻底干燥。

Drying. After printing, the ink needs to be thoroughly

dried.

7.质检和整理。对印刷品进行质量检验，并进行整理、装订等后

续工艺。

Quality inspection and finishing. Inspect the printed

matter for quality and proceed with finishing, binding, and

other subsequent processes.

8.雕版印刷技艺需要经过严格的工艺流程来完成高质量的印刷品。
