P2:My speech is divided into four parts. Part 1 the definition of extreme

sports. Part 2 the classification of extreme sports. Part 3 I will introduce some

kinds of extreme sports. Part 4 why the extreme sports bee more and more

popular.

P3: extreme sport is a challenging entertainment formed from the interaction

between nature and human, which let us developing our full body and spiritual

potential at a big extent by modern technology and instruments. The spirit of

extreme sports is not only “higher faster and stronger”, but also “participation

entertainment and bravery”. So countries in the word call it “ the future spots”

P4: From the picture we can see the extreme sports can be divided into land

sea and air three areas. In the sea area, it includes the drift, motorboat, white-

water caonoeing, water skiing, surfing etc. Then land area mainly refer to the

roller skating, skateboarding,BMX.

Last air area mainly refer to Bungee jumping, a parachute jump, hot air

P5:Now let me introduce 4 kinds of extreme sports .there is bungee

jumping,climbing,BMX,surfing.

P6:bungee jumping is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure

while connected to a large elastic tall structure is usually a fixed object,

such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable

object,such as a hot-air-balloon. The thrill es from the free falling and the

P7: Climbing is the activity of using one’s hands,feet,or any other part of the

P10:The last part is the popularity of extreme sports. Why the extreme sports

bee more and more popular? I summed up in three aspects:first is the work

press,then is the desire for new stimulus,last one is enjoying the nature. With the

fast pace of life, work pressure is heavier,it makes people’s activity space smaller.

So people cannot feel the originoal stimulus. People choose the extreme sport to

release the pressure. But there are a few person just want to find the new

stimulus .Most extreme sports are outside,so people can enjoy the nature and

have a good time. that’s why extreme sports bee more and more popular.

In the age of information explosion and economy development, people

follow a fast-paced lifestyle and traditional sports, such as dances, discos,

bowling and spa are no more able to satisfy their need, which leads to more and

more people, especially the youth trying some special sports. And that is why

extreme sports appear and bee popular. Extreme sports, consisting of bungee,

roller skating, parkour, surfing, skateboarding, water-skiing, rock climbing,

demand high-tech, great energy and extraordinary courage. Sometimes I wonder

why a great number of people are fascinated about such difficult and dangerous

sports at the risk of hurting themselves. As for the suggestions that extreme

sports be banned, should they be aepted and implemented or not?

Finally, I know it is the superior difficulty, excitation and contentment after

finishing these sports that make people fascinated about extreme sports. People

escape from busy work, study and life to challenge and release. Not only do they

strengthen their bodies but they get entertainment and bravery. Most

importantly, they are much closer to the nature and have new experience towards

life. So if you are energetic and brave enough, why not have a try?
