Common type KFD series

一、概 述 Brief introduction

该系列电动阀门控制箱,是与我厂生产的ZW型、JQ 型及QW 型阀门电动装置配套使用的电控箱,用于控制阀门的开启和关闭,可用于现场单独控制或远方集中控制。

KFD型电控箱有抽屉式和挂壁式两种结构。

This series of control cabinet of electric valve is the one to be used together with ZW type, JQ type

and QW type electric valve actuator produced by our company and to control the opening and closing of

valve. It can be used in site individual control or long-distance centralized control.

KFD type electric control cabinet has two kinds of structure: drawer type and wall type.

(1)环境温度:—20℃~+60℃

(2)相对湿度:≤85%(20℃时)

(3)周围不含强腐蚀性、易燃易爆介质及导电尘埃。

三、工作原理Working principle

按照阀门电动装置的型号所配KFD型控制箱的电气工作原理见图1~8。线路图有主电路、控制电路、工作显示电路和开度指示电路等组成。虚线框内的器件均装在电装内,其它器件装在控制箱KFD-X

The electric working principle of KFD type control cabinet equipped according to the type of electric

valve actuator sees diagram 1~8. The circuit diagram consists of main circuit, control circuit, working

display circuit and opening degree indicating circuit, etc. The elements in the box of broken line are

installed in the electric fitting and other elements are installed in the control cabinet. The electric elements

see sheet 1~4.

四、外形及外形尺寸Outline and outline dimension

五、安装与调试 Installation and debugging

1、将控制箱固定在支架上。

2、对照控制箱电气原理图、端子接线图,用电缆按对应的线号把控制箱和电动装置的端子连接起来。

3、把三相电源分别接到控制箱的L1、L2;L3、N端子上。

4、在阀门处于中间位置时,按“开”或“关”按钮,检查阀门的旋向是否与按钮一致,如不一致则调换电机电源相序。

5、在阀“开”“闭”过程中,检查开度表指针是否正常。

6、当阀门处于“全开”位置时,检查开度表指针是否指示在满刻度,如有误差,调整面板上的“开度微调”电位器。

7、与阀门电动装置配套控制,详见阀门电动装置说明书。

1. Fix the control cabinet on the bracket.

2. Connect the terminals on the control cabinet with those of the electric actuator by the cable as per

electric schematic diagram and terminal wiring diagram of control cabinet.

3. Connect the three-phase power with L1, L2; L3, N terminal on the control cabinet.

4. When the valve is in the middle, press on the ON or OFF button to inspect whether the rotation

direction of valve accords with the button. If not, please exchange the phase sequence of power of the

motor.

5. In the opening and closing course of valve, inspect whether the needle of opening degree meter is

normal.

6. When the valve is totally open, inspect whether the needle of opening degree meter indicates to the

limit scale. If there is error, adjust the potentiometer of “fine adjustment of opening degree” on the

panel.

Explosion-separation type KFDB series

一、概 述Brief introduction

隔爆型阀门电动装置控制箱与我厂生产的隔爆型阀门电动装置配套,也可以与其它类似的产品组配,也可以现场单独控制,也可以远距离集中控制。其型式为挂壁式。使用于爆炸性可燃气体的Ⅰ区~Ⅱ区危险场所,具有ⅠA~ⅡB类级别,温度组别为T1~T4,防爆标志为ExdⅡBT4。

The control cabinet of explosion separation type electric valve actuator is the supporting device of the

explosion-separation type electric valve actuator produced by our company and it can be used together with

other similar product. It can control on the site individually or in centralized manner at long-distance. It is

of wall type and is used at the dangerous place of area I to II with explosive flammable gas. Its grade is I

A~II B, its temperature grade is T1~T4 and its explosion-proof mark is Exd II BT4.

二、技术数据Technical data

1、电源:380V(660V、440V) 50Hz 控制电压:AC36V 电流22A

2、工作环境:

(1)环境温度:—20OC~+60OC

(2)相对湿度:≤90%(20±5OC)

(3)周围环境:含有爆炸性介质,防爆标志为ExdIIBT4

(4)防护等级:IP55

3、根据阀门电动装置型号,选择控制箱的型号。

1. Power: 380V (600V, 440V) 50Hz Control voltage: AC36V Current 22A

2. Working environment

(1) Ambient temperature: -20~+60℃

(2) Relative humidity:≤90% (at 20±5℃)

(3) Ambient environment: with explosive medium, explosion-proof mark is Exd II BT4.

(4) Protection grade: IP55

3. Select the type of control cabinet as per the type of electric valve actuator.

三、工作原理Working principle

KFDB—G型控制箱电气原理见电气控制原理图1和图2,配套端子接线图。电路有主电路、工作显示电路和开度指示电路等组成。点划线框内的器件均在电动装置上,其它器件在控制箱内,电气器件见电气器件明细表。图1为常规线路,图2 为远控型可输出4~20mA的标准阀位信号,并可与用户PLC连接,实行远控。

隔爆型结构特征

隔爆型电动阀门控制箱隔爆结构主要在两个零部件之间连接配合部位,在安装和接线时应注意,电缆进出线孔由橡胶密封圈密封,视窗口由环氧树脂胶密封。

The electric principle of KFDB-G type control cabinet sees the schematic diagram 1 and 2 of electric

control as well as the terminal wiring diagram. The circuit consists of main circuit, working display circuit

and indication circuit of opening degree. The elements in the box of dot-and-dash line are all mounted on

the electric fitting and others are mounted in the control cabinet. The electric elements see the sheet of

electric elements. The diagram 1 is common circuit, diagram 2 is of tele-control type which can output

4~20mA standard signal of valve position and can connect with PLC of user to achieve tele-control.

Structural characteristics of explosion-proof type

The structural characteristic of control cabinet of explosion-proof type electric valve is the connection

position between two parts. Please pay attention during the installation and wiring course the lead-in and

lead-out hole of cable is sealed by rubber seal ring and the view window is sealed by epoxy resin.

五、安装与调试Installation and debugging

将控制箱安装在支架上,按控制箱电气原理图及端子接线图,用电缆按对应的端子号把控制箱与电动装置的端子连接起来,把三相电源分别接到控制箱的L1、L2、L3端子上,接通电源,电源指示黄灯亮,在阀门处于中间位置时,按“开”或“关”按钮,检查阀门的旋向是否与按钮一致,如不一致,则调换电源相序。

1、常规型调试

(1)分别按“开”、“关”、“停”按钮,检查开度表指针是否正常,如为逆向,将 202、204 对调即可。当阀门处于全开位置时,检查开度表指针是否指示在满刻度,如有误差,调节开度微调电位器。

(2)指示灯显示工作状态:全开时,红灯亮,绿灯灭。全关时,绿灯亮,红灯灭。开启过程中,红灯闪烁,绿灯亮。关闭过程中,绿灯闪烁,红灯亮。如中途停止,则红、绿灯皆亮。

2、远控型调试

(1)把停止按钮上压片松开,分别按“开”、“关”按钮,检查开度表指针是否正常,如为逆向,

将P1、P3对调。当阀门处在全关位置时,输出应为4mA,全开位置应为20mA,如有误差,则分别调整阀位变送器上的4mA及20mA电位器。

(2)指示灯显示工作状态:全开时,红灯亮,全关时,绿灯亮。

(3)远控时需压住停止按钮,有以下几种远控模式,见图3。

Mount the control cabinet on the bracket, connect the terminals on the control cabinet with those of

the electric actuator by the cable as per electric schematic diagram and terminal wiring diagram of control

cabinet. Connect the three-phase power with L1, L2 and L3 terminal on the control cabinet. Switch on the

power, the indication yellow light of power will be lighted. When the valve is in the middle position, press

on the ON or OFF button to inspect whether the rotation direction of valve is correct. If not, please

exchange the phase sequence of power of the motor.

1. Normal debugging

(1) Press on “ON”, “OFF” and “STOP” button respectively to inspect whether the needle of opening

degree meter is normal. If not, exchange the position of 202 and 204. When the valve is totally

open, inspect whether the needle indicated to the limit scale. If there is error, adjust the fine

adjustment potentiometer of opening degree.

(2) The indication light indicates the working status: when totally open, the red light is lighted, the

green light extinguishes. When totally close, the green light is lighted and the red light

extinguishes. During the opening course, the red light flashes and the green light is lighted.

During the closing course, the green light flashes and the red light is lighted. If it stops, the red

and green light will both be lighted.

2. Debugging of tele-control type

(1) Loosen the press piece on the stop button, press on ON and OFF button respectively to inspect

whether the needle of opening degree meter is normal. If not, exchange the position of P1 and P3.

When the valve is totally close, the output should be 4mA, when the valve is totally open, the

output should be 20mA. If there is error, adjust 4mA and 20mA potentiometer on the valve

position transmitter.

(2) The indication light indicates the working status: when totally open, the red light is lighted, when

totally close, the green light is lighted.

(3) If needing tele-control, press on the stop button. And the tele-control modes are as follows, see

diagram 3.

通过远程控制模块电路板上的三个拨码开关A、B、C,可选择组合以下五种控制模式。

(5) 紧急停车信号导致关阀,并可超越其他远程控制信号,强制关阀,此信号应一直维持到阀门关闭。

The emergency stop signal will close the valve and has priority to other tele-control signals. The valve

will be closed obligatorily and this signal will continue until the valve is closed.
