synchronization - How to run Prysm client with checkpoint sync using --checkpoint-block value (block number) and --checpoint-sta

Request: to run Prysm client with checkpoint sync using --checkpoint-block value (block number) and --c

Request: to run Prysm client with checkpoint sync using --checkpoint-block value (block number) and --checpoint-state value (state root), does it require to have this block already synced in the local directory before starting the sync?

when I run this command : ./prysm.sh beacon-chain --checkpoint-block=21954318 --checkpoint-state=0xa003b604922fd82b1c88e0cf6c9939974dbed158407d90f90b7c146ef7992a4c --force-clear-db I get this error: FATAL main: unable to start beacon node: error preparing to initialize checkpoint from local ssz files: error checking existence of ssz-encoded file 21954318 for checkpoint sync init: stat 21954318: no such file or directory

Thank you for your help !
