摘要

目前手机市场逐步以智能手机为主。智能手机市场,国外品牌手机仍然是

主流,国产品牌手机企业受技术、成本等因素制约,仍然大幅落后于国外企业。

而企业核心竞争力是企业所独具的能力,是竞争对手不易甚至是无法模仿的,具

有使企业能够持续赢利的能力,对国产品牌手机企业具有决定性意义。本文在阐

述企业核心竞争力内涵的基础上,首先分析了国产品牌手机企业核心竞争力的研

究现状、存在问题以及制约因素,然后给出提高企业核心竞争力意识、完善企业

制度、提高员工素质、增加技术创新、培育差异化、建立比较优势以及把握时机

等对策,最后通过华为终端公司企业核心竞争力研究,找到该企业值得其他国产

品牌手机企业学习的优点,并指出其不足。

Abstract

The mobile phone market is becoming the smart phone dominated era. The

smart phone market, foreign brands phone is still the mainstream of domestic mobile

phone enterprises affected by factors such as technology, cost constraints, is still

significantly behind foreign companies. The core competitiveness of enterprises is the

unique ability to competitors,and is not easy or even impossible to imitate, so that

enterprises can continue to profitability, is of decisive significance of domestic brand

mobile phone companies. Explained the connotation of the core competitiveness of

enterprises on the basis of first domestic brand mobile phones core competitiveness of

enterprises, research status, problems and constraints, and then given to improve the

core competitiveness of enterprises awareness, improve the enterprise system, improve

staff Skills, increase in technological innovation, foster differentiation, the establishment of

comparative advantage, and grasp the opportunity of final adoption of HUAWEI device

core competitiveness of enterprises, the enterprise is found worthy of the advantages of

other domestic brand mobile phones, corporate learning, and pointed out its

shortcomings.
