check的搭配方式与拓展知识

在《英语（新目标）》八年级Unit7中，我们学到了check这个单词。check的中文

含义是：检查；核对。

例句：

“Are all the windows shut?”

“所有的窗户都关上了吗？”

“I'll just go and check.”

“我去检查一下。”

在表示“检查；核对”之意时，check后面有几种搭配方式：

（1）check something

Check your answers with mine.

把你的答案和我的核对看看。

（2）check that…

I will check that I have packed enough things.

我要检查一下，确保装好所有用品。

（3）check whether/how/who…

Let me check whether the potatoes are cooked.

我去看看土豆煮好了没有。

（4）check something against/with something

Upon delivery，the items are checked against the original order.
