still的用法和位置
Still是一个很常用的英语助词，它有多种用法。这里就分别简单讲
讲still在各种句型中的用法。在这些句型中，它的位置也是不尽相同的，
本文将对其位置作简要介绍。
1、still是副词，表示“仍然”、“还”的意思，常放在句首或句
末，表示下文将要讨论的行为和前文在内容、性质或时间上没有发生什么
变化，例如：
①Still, I hope that everything will be all right.
②I still haven't finished the report.
2、still是连词，表示“然而”、“却”、“可是”等意思，此时，
它要放在句首，并且一般后面伴有but、yet或though等，例如：
①Still, I can see that there is a lot of potential in this
project.
②Still, yet, I think it's worth a try.
3、still也可以作为名词、形容词等，用法也不尽相同，例如：
①The sky was still dark when we left. (形容词，放在名词前，
修饰名词)
②The still of the night was broken by a distant crash. (名
词，放在句中)
4、still可以用作副词状语，表示对言语或行为的反复强调，此时
位置一般放句尾，例如：
①She still insists on going.
②He still talks about it.
