摘要
世界苹果看中国，中国苹果看陕西，陕西是我国的农业大省，农副产品资源非常丰富，而其
中，苹果又是陕西的标志性农产品，也是陕西农产品对外出口的龙头产品。作为中国苹果出口的
代表，陕西苹果具有很多的优势，但近些年由于国际局势的变化，农产品本身行业格局的演变，
陕西苹果在新局势下，也出现了很多的问题，也限制了陕西苹果出口量大规模增长的势头。
在这种情况下，我们通过本课题的设置，对陕西苹果出口的变化进行总结和分析，找到变化
数据和趋势，分析其背后的原因，并通过科学的方式方法找到合适的解决方案以及策略，同时也
能让我们进一步加深对农产品行业以及对进出口行业的了解与认识。

ABSTRACT
The world apples look at China, the Chinese apples look at Shaanxi, and
Shaanxi is China's major agricultural province. The agricultural and sideline
products are very rich. Among them, apple is also the iconic agricultural product of
Shaanxi, and it is also the leading product of Shaanxi agricultural products for
export. As a representative of China's apple exports, Shaanxi apples have many
advantages. However, due to the changes in the international situation and the
evolution of the industrial structure of agricultural products in recent years,
