although或though可以同however连用吗

although或though可以同however连用吗？

although或though可以同however连用吗？我们知道

although与though是不与but连用的（除了But…之后的句子中也

可以使用although或though，之后再转折…，而此时的but是与but

之前的句子有关，并非与but之后的句子相关——不可不查），但二

者（although与though）可以同yet, still（前两者是目前中考英语

的考点）, nevertheless, nonetheless等连接副词（当然yet还可以是

连词）连用。这里的问题是：although或though可以同however连

用吗？《英语常用词疑难用法手册》（陈用仪编著）第039页

although词条应该指出，语义上同but差不多的however

或nevertheless等却不是连词而是副词，因此，它可以放在句首

或句中，后面可以有停顿，书面上可以前后加逗号，而且可以与

although/though相对连用。《英语常用词疑难用法手册》（陈用仪

编著）第378页however词条用了although/though就不能用连词

but，但是可以用副词however。由于however是副词，这就决定了

使用时的一些规则：（1）如果前面用了although/though从句，主

从句之间用逗号分开，however可以就在逗号后面，再加逗号，然后

是主句；或者however可以插在主句当中，前后逗号。【例如】

Although this month seemed to be a very quiet month,

however, there werea number of activities that had far

reaching consequences. 或Although this month seemed to be a

very quiet month, there were, however, a number of activities that

had far reaching consequences.（2）如果前面不用

although/though，原来的原因从句就变成了独立句，此时它同后一

句之间要用分号（；）隔开。后一句的however，也是既可以放在句

首，后加逗号，也可以插在句中，前后逗号。【例如】This month

seemed to be a very quiet month; however, there were a number

of activities that far reaching consequences. 或This month

seemed to be a very quiet month; there were, however, a number

of activities that far reaching consequences.（3）如果干脆不用

however而用but，则两个句子成了一个并列句的两个分句，彼此之

间不用分号隔开，而用逗号（但是用分号也可以）：This month

seemed to be a very quiet month, butthere were a number of

activities that had far reaching consequences.参考书目

以上的例句表明although和though是可以同however连用的，
