摘要：A doubly curved X-ray spectroscopic element (1) according to the present

invention comprises a glass plate (3) having a concave surface (3a) with an X-ray reflecting

reflective film (5) formed thereon, the glass plate having been deformed into a shape

having a doubly curved surface by being sandwiched between a doubly curved convex

surface (21a) of a convex molding jig (21) and a doubly curved concave surface (22a) of a

concave molding jig (22) matching the doubly curved convex surface (21a), and by being

heated at 400°C to 600°C.
