使》火速接病人，全力护住每一位湖北人民。

其次，中国政府已采取有效的支持政策以减轻新冠肺炎疫情带来的影响；基于此，克

服艰难险阻，中国大陆已经积极参与全球抗击疫情的行动，采取有效的经济和政策措施，

支持民众，确保国家采取有效的措施，促进经济和社会发展，努力改善民生。

再次，中国政府促进企业和社会组织负责任行动，加强劳动力市场管理，支持企业复

工复产，保障就业；建设基础性公共服务平台，促进就业；放宽小微企业贷款条件，增加

小微企业冲击力；延长国家有关税收优惠政策，减税降费，促进企业发展。

最后，针对新冠肺炎疫情的危机，中国大陆坚守安全发展思路，加强和改进公共卫生

和疾病预防控制体系，完善医疗救助和社会救助等有关制度，建立综合有效防治体系，改

善社会保障制度，提升临床诊疗和护理水平，加大科技投入，改善疾病防治能力，从根本

上解决疾病的问题。

总之，中国大陆已采取科学、系统的防控措施和救援措施，努力消除新冠肺炎疫情的

危害，保护好广大群众的健康安全和生命权利，实现安全发展，建设和谐社会。

With the continuous development of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

pandemic, a complex crisis is hitting the world, especially the situation in

mainland China has attracted people's attention. The novel coronavirus (COVID-

19) pandemic had a huge impact on the social and economic fabric of mainland

China, and the outbreak centered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, even more so forced

the government to take swift and effective measures to confront this major

public health emergency. Thus implementing the “lockdown” of Wuhan, setting

up the “Hubei medical team” to treat critical patients, issuing relevant

economic and social policies, and taking scientific and systematic prevention

and control measures and relief measures to protect the health, safety and

life of the general public.

In conclusion, mainland China has taken scientific and systematic

prevention and control measures and relief measures to eliminate the harm of

novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, protect the health, safety and life of

the general public, promote safe development, and build a harmonious society.
