The Application and Practice of ChatGPT in the Teaching of
Chinese Writing in Senior High Schools
In today's high school Chinese writing teaching, using artificial
intelligence technology to improve students' writing ability
has become an increasingly popular trend. As a leading
language generation model, ChatGPT can help students
improve their writing by generating high-quality essays and
providing effective writing feedback. In this article, I will
discuss the application and practice of ChatGPT in Chinese
writing teaching in senior high schools from three aspects.
1. The application of ChatGPT in the teaching of Chinese

1. Article generation
ChatGPT can automatically generate high-quality articles
according to the topics and writing requirements provided by
students. Students can start ChatGPT by entering keywords,
concepts, or providing some opinions and topics, and then
modify and adjust according to the feedback of the system. In
this process, ChatGPT can not only provide students with the
function of text generation, but also provide guidance and
feedback on students' writing through the generated articles.
2. Speech Correction
ChatGPT can identify grammatical errors and spelling errors in
student essays and suggest corrections. It can not only correct
common grammatical and spelling mistakes, but also provide
targeted correction suggestions based on students' writing
habits and language characteristics. Through continuous
revision and feedback, students can gradually improve their
language skills.
