斯伦贝谢公司数字化转型的经验与启示

摘　要：

数字化技术为石油行业降低生产成本、提高生产效率提供了重要手段。近年来，斯伦贝谢等

国际油服公司积极利用云计算、数据分析、机器学习、人工智能等新技术融合数据和业务流程，满足客户

石油公司需求，积极推进数字化转型和智能化发展。斯伦贝谢制定清晰的战略，完善科技创新体系和激励

培养机制，分三个维度在公司内部推进数字化转型和智能化发展，构建开放的数据生态系统，转化勘探生

产业务工作流程，实现边缘环境作业条件，推进数字化技术、硬件设备、软件应用程序和专业领域知识的

一体化整合，助力客户加快数字化转型进程。斯伦贝谢持续优化体系机制，坚持科技以人为本，密切结合

客户需求，充分依靠合作伙伴，其成功经验值得中国企业学习借鉴。

Abstract：Digital technologies have provided key measures for the oil and gas industry to reduce cost and increase

productivity. Schlumberger and fellow oilfield service companies actively used new technologies such as cloud calculation, data

analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to combine data with work flows in order to advance digital transition and

intelligent development, meeting the demand of oil companies in recent years. It has made clear strategy and optimized internal

system of technological innovation and incentive mechanism, ramped up its development in 3 dimensions inside the company,

established an open data ecosystem, transformed E&P work flows, built feasible environment for edge-of-network, advanced

the integration of digital technologies, hardware equipment, software applications as well as domain knowledge, and facilitated

customs’ digital transition. Chinese oilfield service companies should learn from the experiences of Schlumberger by optimizing

the organizational structure, putting people first in technological innovation, focusing on customer needs, and expanding their

cooperation network.

降低生产成本、提高生产效率、减少碳排放是

石油行业的首要目标。提高投资回报率、增加企业

在新商业环境中的适应能力和在资本市场中的吸引
