摘 要

“90后”已近而立之年，成为缔结家庭的主要力量，独特的成长背景使他们具有独

特的价值观和生活方式。因此，“90后”家务分工模式对现代新型家庭的研究具有一定意

义。基于此，笔者对吉林省C市进行调查了解，旨在分析“90后”家庭的家务分工模式

现状及相关影响因素。

本研究主要内容包括以下五个方面：第一，确定研究目标和研究方法，归纳家务分工

的研究情况和相关理论。第二，对“90后”夫妻双方的角色期待进行总结。第三，归纳

总结“90后”家庭家务分工模式的现状特点，深入挖掘造成这种现象的原因。第四，通

过对“90后”家庭家务矛盾的分析，总结“90后”家庭存在的问题。第五，通过对“90

后”家务分工模式的重构，积极探索“90后”的生活方式，展望未来家庭生活模式的变

迁与发展。

调查结果显示，“90后”因家务分工产生矛盾的现象严重。主要表现为“90后”夫妻

的性别角色期望错位、价值观差异性明显、夫妻互动行为交换不平衡引发的冲突。“90后”

家庭在生育前呈现“共同主内”的分工模式，生育后女性的家务劳动量明显增高，男性没

有显著变化。“性别秩序”、“资源水平”、“性别观念”等因素对“90后”的家务分工模式

构成的影响作用明显。

最后，笔者针对以上研究结果提出几点建议：第一，协调社会性别秩序和家庭性别秩

序，避免女性面临社会性别秩序和家庭性别秩序的双重困境。第二，合理利用代际支持，

避免家庭冲突。第三，树立正确的家庭观念，尊重代际间和夫妻间的价值观差异性。第四，

通过家务劳动社会化支持，缓解“90后”夫妻的家庭事务压力。

Abstract

The "post-90s" generation is approaching the age of thirty, and has become the main group

to form families，their diversified growth background makes them have multiple values and

lifestyles. Therefore, the study of the "post-90s" housework division model has certain

significance for the study of new families in modern society. Based on this, the author

investigates C City of Jilin Province, aiming at analyzing the present situation and related

influencing factors of the "post-90s" family's housework division mode.

In this paper, the main contents include the following five aspects: first, the research

objectives and research methods are determined, and the research situation and related theories

of household division of labor are summarized. Second, the role of the "post-90s" husband and

wife is expected to be summarized. Thirdly, sum up and summarize the current characteristics of

the “post-90s” household chores division of labor, and explore the causes of this phenomenon.

Fourth, through the analysis of the contradictions of family affairs after the "90s", the problems

of the "post-90s" family are summarized. Fifth, through the reconstruction of the "post-90s"

household division model, we actively explore the "post-90s" lifestyle, and look forward to the

future changes and the development of family life mode.

The survey results show that the "post-90s" have serious contradictions due to the division

of housework. The main manifestations are the dislocation of gender role expectation, the

obvious difference of values, and the conflict caused by the imbalance of interaction between

husband and wife. The "post-90s" family presents a "common ownership" division of labor

before childbirth, and the amount of housework of women increases significantly after the

childbirth, while that of men does not change significantly. The factors such as "gender order",

"resource level" and "gender concept" have obvious effects on the formation of the "post-90s"

household division model.

Finally, the author puts forward several suggestions for the above research results: first, the

gender order and the family gender order should be coordinated, which will avoid women facing

the dual dilemma of the gender order and the family gender order. Secondly, reduce

intergenerational support to avoid family conflict. Thirdly, we should establish a correct family

concept and respect the differences of values between generations and between husband and

wife. Fourthly, through the support of socialization of housework, we can relieve the pressure of

family affairs of "post-90s" couples.
