摘要：PURPOSE:To easily adapt the title machine even when a cut end surface is

curved, by a method wherein a metal plate is subjected to bending processing to partially

form the cross-section thereof into a shape conforming to the curved surface of a cut

end and a press roll is made replaceable and a part of the surface thereof is formed into

a surface conforming to the bending of the metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A heating part

(a) is positioned at the front and a press part (b) is positioned at the rear and a grasping

part (c) is positioned above the heating part (a) and the press part (b). A support lever 6 is

held to a state protruding in a rearward oblique direction from a body part 3 by a spring

7. A curved surface processing machine is constituted so that a heat transfer plate 8 is

fixed to the heating surface 21 of a foot 2 in a freely detachable manner and a part of said

heat transfer plate 8 is left as a flat surface 81 and a part of the remainder thereof is

bent so as to have a uniform cross-sectional shape to form a bent part 82. The heat

transfer plate 8 is bent into an L-shape on the side opposite to the bent part 82 to form a

folded part 83 and clamped by rivets 84. Further, a press roll 4 is made replaceable and

bent so that the shape of the roll surface 41 coincides with the cross-sectional shape of

the heat transfer plate 8 when the roll 4 is cut along the flat surface passing the axis

thereof.
