## Commissioning Plan.
The purpose of this commissioning plan is to provide
detailed procedures for the safe and efficient
commissioning of the pilot-scale scrubber. This plan
includes the following steps:
1. Pre-commissioning activities.
2. Mechanical checkout.
3. Electrical checkout.
4. Instrumentation checkout.
5. Start-up.
6. Performance testing.
7. Troubleshooting.
Pre-commissioning Activities.
Prior to commissioning the scrubber, the following
activities must be completed:
Review design documents: Review the scrubber design
documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate.
Procure materials: Procure all materials necessary for
the commissioning process.
Prepare equipment: Prepare the scrubber equipment for
commissioning, including cleaning, lubrication, and
assembly.
Develop test procedures: Develop test procedures for
each commissioning step.
