小区物业管理系统

摘 要：本设计用Visual Basic 6.0编写物业管理系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的

建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,实现了小区信息数据库的创建及各种费用

的收取､统计､汇总.简要介绍了表单的制作过程､程序的编写､添加和最后的编译过程.本

系统投入使用后,改变了以往小区物业管理过程中的手工操作方式,提高了小区物业管理

的效率

．

Abstract This text passes and uses VB 6. 0 writes the administrative system of the property,

utilize the soft project padopt the cycle method of the life to study, it develops two respects of

main development including setting main tenance and front application program of backstage

supporter's database , realized the establishment of the information database of the districtsta

tistics , gathering of different putting this system into use, it changed former

small area industry management handicraft within process operation method, raised the small

area thing industry management of efficiency．
