关 于 在 1992年2月1日或以后建造的

现有干货船上配备破损控制图和破损控制小册子的通告

各有关船公司、管理公司：

　　　　　　　　根据74 SOLAS公约89修正案II-1章第23－1条的要求：对于1992年2月

1日或以后建造的干货船都须配备破损控制图和破损控制小册子。并结合港口国检查

反馈的意见，现本社要求上述的船舶在2个月内配齐由本社审图中心批准的破损控制

图和破损控制小册子, 在驾驶台内应有固定显示的或可随时使用的控制图。

请各有关船公司、管理公司上述要求，提前做好准备工作。

NOTICE TO DAMAGE CONTROL PLANS AND DAMAGE CONTROL

BOOKLETS IN DRY CARGO SHIPS TO BE PROVIDED ON BOARD THE

SHIPS CONSTRUCTED ON OR AFTER 1 February 1992

To Ship Owners and Ship Management Companies concerned:

According to the requirements of the Regulation 23-1 of International Convention

for safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended, the Damage Control Plans and Damage

Control Booklets should be provided on ships constructed on or after 1 February 1992.

With reference to the feedback of information from PSCO. Now this society request that

the Damage Control Plans and Damage Control Booklets approved by Plan Approval

Center of CCS should be provided and placed on board the ships constructed on or after 1

February 1992 within two (2) months. The damage control plan shall be provided

permanent exhibited or readily available on the navigation bridge.

The ship owner and ship management companies managing ships are requested to

pay due attention to the above-mentioned requirements and prepare to comply with the

requirement in timely.
