Business Visa – Document Checklist

商务签证一览表

In order to ensure quick and efficient visa processing you must prepare all necessary documentation before you

submit the application package to the VAC/Embassy/Consulate. Therefore, please do not approach the visa

reception before you have collected all supporting documentation. Failing to submit all relevant documentation

will result in unnecessary delays or refusal. Personal appearance is requested by accredited ADS courier.

为了更快速有效的受理您的签证申请，请您务必在递交材料之前准备好所需申请材料。申请材料的不

完整将会导致签证申请时间不必要的延迟或者被拒绝申请。因此，请在您准备好了所有材料后再递交

申请。申请人需要到签证中心/使馆/领事馆面签。

2. Passport, valid at least 90 days after expiry of the visa.

Must have at least 2 blank pages.

 

护照，要在您的签证过期后仍然有效90天. 必须至少有两张空白页.

3. “Schengen Visa Application Form” duly completed (download).

Original required.





一套填写正确的"申根签证申请表格" (下载). 需原件

4. 1 passport photo, attached to Schengen Visa Application Form (photo requirements).

 

一张护照照片, 贴在申请表格上。(照片要求)

5. Travel Medical Insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro (300,000 CNY)

for the effective stay in the Schengen area. Original and copy.

能覆盖在申根地区的实际停留时间，且最低3万欧元 (300,000人民币) 保额的医

6. Original dispatch letter (incl. English translation) from the Chinese company. The

letter must include a) applicants name, b) address, c) telephone number, d) position, e)

travel dates, f) subject and g) duration of the intended business activity. The letter must

be signed and stamped by the company management. Original required.

 

由中方单位开具的派遣函原件(有英文翻译). 该派遣函必须包括a) 申请人的姓名,

b) 地址, c) 电话, d) 职位, e) 此次商务出访的日期, 目的及停留时

间. 派遣函必须要有公司管理层的签名和盖章。需原件

7. Business license of the applicant’s company in Chinese and English. Copy accepted.

 

申请人公司的营业执照中文及英文翻译。复印件可接受

8. Invitation letter (original or PDF print accepted) from the business partner(s) in the

Schengen area in English or Danish including a) letterhead, b) address, c) telephone,

email and website. d) signature. The letter must state the travel dates, intended duration

and purpose of the stay incl. itinerary.

NB: Denmark requires that the invitation letter is also e-mailed as a PDF document

including signature from the Danish inviter directly to the Embassy or Consulate:

在申根国地区的商务伙伴(一或多个)通过邮件发给申请人的英文或丹麦文的邀

请信原件或pdf格式的文件。邀请函需要包括a) 公司台头纸, b)公司地址, c) 公

司的电话，电子邮件及网址d)签名. 该邀请函必须写明此次邀请的旅行日期,停

留时间和目的，包括行程。

注意: 丹麦要求邀请方同时要以pdf文件形式将有签名的邀请函直接电邮至使领

9. Copy of the applicant’s passport identity page (incl. extension data if applicable).

11. Proof of financial means/solvency for the stay in Denmark. May be included in a

separate letter or the invitation- or dispatch letter as a paragraph.

 

在丹麦停留期间的经济支付能力的证明。可单独开具担保函，也或者在邀请信

或派遣信里特别说明此项。

12. If first time purchasing visit to Denmark: Company’s proof (i.e. up-to-date bank

statement) of sufficient funds for the intended purchase or auction.

 

如果申请人是第一次去丹麦购买货物:请提供公司购买或竞拍的足够的资金证

明。（如，最新的银行存款证明）

13. Visa fee. See the current visa fee here.

 

14. Non-Chinese citizens are required to submit a copy of valid Chinese residence

permit.

 

非中国公民还需要提交您有效的中国居留许可。复印件可接受

The Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to request further documentation if necessary.

在此，丹麦使馆/领馆保留要求您提供更多材料的权利。

Upon pick up of issued visa, please submit:

A. Application receipt issued by the Embassy/Consulate.

B. Confirmed flight ticket (only if specifically requested beforehand by the Danish visa officer). Copy accepted.

领取签证，请提交:

1. 由使馆开具的申请凭证。

2. 确认的机票 (只在签证官事先特别要求时提供). 复印件可接受。
