营业执照江苏省变更流程

1.首先，需要到当地工商局进行变更登记的咨询。

2.在工商局领取变更登记申请表。

Obtain the application form for change registration at

the Administration for Industry and Commerce.

3.准备好公司的营业执照副本、变更登记申请表及相关证明材料。

documents.

4.对公司的名称、地址、法定代表人等信息进行变更需提供相应

证明文件。
