产业集群论文：基于工业社区理念的工业园区开发研究

【中文摘要】工业园区是我国一项重要的产业,它是我国经济增

长的重要推动力量。然而,我国工业园区的开发存在盲目开发、定位

不准确、服务不完善、融资难等诸多问题,这些问题严重影响了工业

园区的发展及区域经济,因此,寻求新的开发理念和方式是解决问题

的一个重要方面。本文针对如何解决我国工业园区存在的诸多问题及

如何适应园区的未来发展趋势,提出了工业社区的开发理念,并构建

工业园区优势评估指标体系验证工业社区理念的工业园区的先进性

及竞争力。本文开始对产业集群的相关理论进行了介绍:产业集群的

概念、特征、形成条件及产业集群成长的动力机制进行介绍,主要从

直接动力和原动力两个方面阐述,并介绍了产业集群对区域产业发展

的推动作用。在产业集群理论介绍完毕后,分析了产业集群与工业园

区的相关作用性,介绍国内外成功的工业园区,总结它们的先进经验

及给我工业园区的启示,并对我国工业园区的发展历程、存在问题及

未来趋势进行了总结。为了解决工业园区存在的诸多问题及适应未来

发展趋势,本文提出工业社区理念,并对它的概念、构成要素及主要功

能进行了分析,提出了现代工业社区的开发战略。为了验证工业社区

理念的工业园区的竞争优势,构建了优势评估指标体系,从竞争能力

和园区环境两个方面去评估工业社区理念的工业园区的竞争力。

【英文摘要】In China,Industrial park is an important

industry, It is an important driving force of economic growth

for our country. However, The development of China’s industrial

park have a lot of problems, For example, blind development,

positioning is not accurate, the service is not perfect,

financing problems, and so on. These problems have seriously

affected the park’s development and regional economy, So

Seeking new development ideas and ways is an important aspect

of solving the problem. The article focus on how to solve the

problems and How to adapt to the development trend of the future

park, So it puts forward the development philosophy of

industrial community and establishes the advantage evaluation

index system of industrial park, Which to manifest the advanced

and the competitiveness of industrial park, Which have the

concept of industrial , The article introduces

the industrial cluster theory, Which is the concept,

characteristics , formation conditions and growth dynamics of

industrial cluster, The growth dynamics have direct impetus and

motivation, it play a important role in promoting industrial

development. Second, It Analysis the related effects between

industrial cluster and industrial park and Introduces the

domestic and international successful industrial park, Then it

sums up their advanced experiences, the inspirations, Chinese

industrial park development process and future trend. In order

to adapt to the future development trend of industrial parks,

this article puts forward the concept of community and analyzes

its concept, elements, main functions and its development

strategy. In order to verify the competition advantage of the

industrial community concept of industrial park, it

establishes the advantages of the evaluation index system,

Which to evaluate the competitiveness of industrial community

concept of the Industrial Park from the competitive ability and

the park environment.
