从上述信息判断，PacketShaper设备是启动到Boot Monitor模式，可以换句话说是启动到“故障恢复”模式。
任何网络设备如果不能启动到Boot模式，基本上“报废”了，需要返厂通过特殊手段恢复了。
2 系统恢复
2.1 方法1
根据厂商建议使用Erase and reload CF卡即可，此方法会丢失所有配置，操作如下：

没有在手册中找到E) Download File via LAN (TFTP GET) 选项含义，尝试一下看能否恢复PacketShaper系统。
思路步骤：
1) 设置PacketShaper的MGMT口IP地址
2) 本地PC启用TFTP Server
3) 使用 E 选项安装OS
